I searched for both "eel" and "firefly" on this site and didn't come up with any satisfying results. Does anyone know if there is any R&D to duplicate the way the electric eel makes electricity or how the firefly makes light? From what I understand there is more than one species of fish that is able to make over 100 volts of electricity.
