Hello All,

Does anyone remember me?? So to prepare for peak oil I decided to get my act together. So I have been on a life improvemnt kick, and I think i have done pretty well!!

The pic below is of me and my doc holding a pair of sweats I wore when I topped out at 650 pounds, and standing there I am at about 365. And as I sit here I am just above 350. So great to still be alive!!!

I'm glad to hear it... it's disgusting to see such overweight people with so much famine, but it's great to hear about those overweight people changing! :)

I need to lose a lot of weight myself.

But that low metabolism will serve you well in times of extreme starvation. You'll be able to get by on less(and be less active) and so in turn when skinny people are dying like flies around you, you'll be fine and dandy.

I use to be over 330 lbs just over two years ago.

I am now 200 lbs and ripped. All it takes is hard work, no soda, and a lot of laxitives.

was that just hard work or a stomach staple?

what do you plan to do with the leftover skin?

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('lys3rg0', 'w')as that just hard work or a stomach staple?

No staples here!! No health Insurance!! hel, no money either!!

nothing but lots of hard work and good nutrition!! And i found the key to successful weight loss, Eat more and be active. Hel, I eat damn near as much a day as i use to. It's just now its good food and i get a ton of exercise between the gym at the Y and my garden.

As for the skin, my doc is working on it. but since i have no insurance he has to find a surgeon who will comp the job.

But i am hoping it all goes to a burn center, but it may not happen at all. so we will see

And thanks for the good words everyone
