Computer interpretation of brainwaves has come a long way baby. It be done both remotely and using implants. It'll be interesting to see what sort of new computer interfaces will be around in 10 years.
Already in the early 90's they were able to interpret many sub vocalized thoughts using a standard EEG setup.
