the movie is called Kin-Dza-Dza, staged in Soviet Union in 1986.
Its a very good, well-thought, deep movie.

Hahaha, cool! My wife has seen it lots of time! We'll watch it tomorrow
night though. It's a soviet classic and many parts of it have become
sayings and are parodied in comedy movies...
