lol, that includes some humans. I usually eat less if I'm sick, but drink a bit more. This past week I had the flu, and yesterday and today I skipped a meal. Yesterday lunch and today super. Not "fasting", but I feel better... I "have" to lose about 10 kg to be on the "healthy range".
