Need help with college PO paper

Unread postby Newsseeker » Sun 17 Feb 2008, 13:35:37

Greetingss all, it has been a while since I last posted and I have been lurking. I am currently working on a 16-20 page term paper for Environmental Politics. I am looking at (1) PO as it relates to overpopulation and (2) solutions to the PO overpopulation dilemma. Any articles or advice are more than welcome. Let's see what ya got!

Try to set up a phone interview with MonteQuest.

See if you can get a Prozac prescription before the call, though.

I'm not kidding. I would PM him and just ask if he would be willing to discuss it for a little while. He could recommend some excellent reading for you as well.

The die off thesis is very interesting and if well developed should impress any instructor.

I would also search the web with terms like "die off", "overshoot", and "carrying capacity". Try it with and without "peak oil". That should get you a lot of good stuff.

Read some of MQ's old posts as well. I believe he recommends several books that discuss overpopulation, overshoot, etc.

What we got is pretty damn depressing. Olduvai Gorge, die off. Write a paper that let's your professor know he and his loved ones are going to die. Maybe you'll get an A.
