2nd Season of Jericho

Unread postby PrairieMule » Tue 12 Feb 2008, 17:16:50

So who is putting their life on hold tonight for this slice of Doom?

I have to work till 11.
If you give a man a fish you will have kept him from hunger for a day. If you teach a man to fish he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

The ONLY hope for a third season is for lots and lots of people to watch the TV version, convincing the advertizers that it is a money making show and getting them to support future production. Watching it off some third rate pirate on the net does nothing to promote future production, the producers see it as a money loser because they spent money making it and people are not paying to see it.

I'll be watching - I've been playing catch-up with the re-run episodes so I'll know what's going on tonight.

Regards,

Sorry I'm Canadian. What I watch or don't watch doesn't affect US networks in the least. Besides the show was released a month early. I've never heard of anything leaking that early unless it was done from the inside.

I saw the new episode tonight. It looks like Jericho is under a new government out of Cheyenne, Wyoming called the Allied States of America, I think. The black government agent, Hawkins, and his buddy in the army believes that this new government did the September attacks. The U. S. government is located in Columbus, Ohio. And Texas is independent, but might line up with the Allied States.

The new army commander wanted Jake to be the new sheriff, even though he wants the other guy dead. Stanley proposed to his girlfriend, the accountant.

On the previews of the next episode, the president of the Allied States will be visiting Jericho.

I came to the Jericho party more than a little late. I found it Monday night when they re-ran the first few episodes on Sci-Fi. DAMN! What a good show! I liked it. My mother, who is NOT a doom-lover, was convinced into watching an episode and SHE liked it.

That settles it. This show is doomed to fail, like all the other shows we both like.

I liked the first season better. Looks too predictable now; they're setting up for a civil war between the east and west.

Anyone know where to get a sticker of their new American flag?
