The problem is, of course, that not only is economics bankrupt, but it has always been nothing more than politics in disguise... economics is a form of brain damage.

Atari Pong on display at your local Sears store! Soon to be at home playing on my 19" Zenith Black and White TV. Somebody tell me what year it was. I'm thinking it was around 1978?
Stop filling dumpsters, as much as you possibly can, and everything will get better.

Thanks for saving me the wiki time. Yes, the Magnavox units were also being sold in Sears (maybe JCPenny?). I would have been about 14 at the time, and I couldn't get that one on my xmas list, so I only had a few minutes of demo time at the store.

How about BEZERK with a overlay of a food riot?

Frogger with a back drop of the Superdome? Lily pads replaced with seats on a bus?
If you give a man a fish you will have kept him from hunger for a day. If you teach a man to fish he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

What a classic. And to think this used to entertain folks for hours (I got bored in less than 2 minutes just now).

Berzerk was another classic. I played that game a ton as a kid on my dad's 2600. Kids today are too spoiled.

Dad brought home the old Magnavox Odyssey system in the early 70's and Pong became all the rage.

Brought a bootleg copy of a new movie home to play on the brand new VCR as well.

Star Wars.
