The gypsies in yugoslavia are the lower class or caste , they're living on a level that many american indians and itinerent mexicans are living at in this country. I don't think a lack of vehicles will be a problem here when things go south, junkyards are full of decent cars, we're going to run out of stuff to power them before we run out of cars.
