Lots of old threads are being revisited

Unread postby TheTurtle » Sun 09 Dec 2007, 15:40:35

Has anyone else noticed that there are lots of threads lately that started one, two or even three years ago, sat idle for a long while and just recently have been dragged out of the mothballs?

Or is it just my imagination? :?

The former.

One poster appeared to be reading the prep forum post by post right from day 1 to current. I did it when I first joined but it was a hell of a lot easier then. From them smaller forums I would assume it's still reasonable. Off topic and current events would be a nightmare

I've heard the term is thread necromancy.

What's wrong with reviving an old thread??? It typically open book with half-inch deep dust settling atop of it.

Old topic isn't old.

That would probably be me.

The prep forum is the only one worth doing that for, though.
