I have a theory. I am thinnking that the leading cause of death (from disease) in the US is:
Stress caused by:
1. too much caffeine consumption
3. not enough sleep
4. too much stress from financial debt
5. too many working hours (not enough leisure time)
6. environmental pollution (including noise)
In other words, many Americans have weak immune systems due to stress on the body, which eventually leads to death from disease (caused by the things I listed above). Life for most of us just isn't so simple anymore.

) to stay awake, work long hours, and expose himself to pollution and stress, in order to pay for their expensive toys, cars, and gadgets. In fact, many buy so many luxuries and find themselves hopelessly in debt, and chained to a desk job to pay for their lavish spending expenses, in the form of their health and in the precious seconds in their lives.

You do realize that you just described medical school & residency? i.e. my life for the last eight years.
Sorta interesting that how you get trained to be a doctor is to lead the most unhealthy life imaginable for eight years, huh?
