If you haven't seen them yet, you must. By part three, you'll be screaming.

Then, I'm making a lot of assumptions about "you," aren't I?

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')his is insane Shocked I've been in this country for a couple of years, but I still can't figure out why the people here are so stupid.

Candy-ass liberal political correctness + repugnican thuggery = an education system that is afraid to step on anyone's poor little toes. :-x

I wish the interviewer was a bit more honest with his reasoning to interview the people.

"Hi. We'd like to ask you a few questions so we can make a video that makes you look extra dumb."

Ayoob--that's good, but I'd like to tweak it a little:

People are allergic to facts, unless they agree with their opinions.

There.

Glad to see someone aware that there's been a mass lobotomy of the American mind.... :roll:

In Vivo Gene Therapy Activates Brain Stem cells

Using Nanoparticles, In Vivo Gene Therapy Activates Brain Stem Cells

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'J')uly 26, 2005
Using customized nanoparticles that they developed, University at Buffalo scientists have for the first time delivered genes into the brains of living mice with an efficiency that is similar to, or better than, viral vectors and with no observable toxic effect, according to a paper published this week in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. In the UB experiments, targeted dopamine neurons -- which degenerate in Parkinson's disease, for example -- took up and expressed a fluorescent marker gene, demonstrating the ability of nanoparticle technology to deliver effectively genes to specific types of cells in the brain. "In the future, this technology may make it possible to repair neurological damage caused by disease, trauma or stroke," said Earl J. Bergey, Ph.D., co-author and deputy director of biophotonics at the institute.
