The problem is that tropical ethanol keeps rising and never drops:
US$ 30 per barrel in 2002
US$ 31 per barrel in 2003
US$ 32 per barrel in 2004
US$ 33 per barrel in 2005
US$ whopping 35 per barrel so far this year oh my god!!
