Naw, he is busy planting disinformation elsewhere for TPTB.

:-D

He posts rarely as "admin".

I think he's too bright to post anything in this frat house.

No one really owns peak oi.
When they want to built a freeway onramp, and it ends up going through this web site, you will soon see that you cannot own the property that is in public need. It doesn't really belong to Dan if the government wants to built a freeway through it.

Ready Sys1 quotes I have formed a conclusion.
He gets peak oil pretty well. SPeaks kindly, like mild mannered reporter Clark Kent, and grasps very hard concepts completely.

I would like to meet him in a dark alley, no problem.

here is one post:
An article from TIMESONLINE which reminds me Olduvai theory : Within 8 years, electricity could disappear in UK as North sea production is collapsing.

within 8 years Electricity could disappear in the UK.

This guy knows his stuff though he is a little too optimistic, probably because he wants his web site to continue on a bit, so he is taking a few liberties. Truth is there will be no electricity anywhere at all within 8 years. Its bigger than even he thinks it is.
I have not run into anyone else that is closer to the truth...
Nice web site, sys1. Thanks for the fish.

I will have electricity in 6 years. and 6 years after that. I can build a generator out of toothpics, chewing gum, and tin foil.

Dan's just the puppet ruler, Aarons the real power behind the throne... Kind of a George Bush - Dick Cheney kind of thing...

Understanding that Dan could never be that dumb, I assume the social interaction is similar. That is nice, must be good friends, though I assume Aaron doesn't shoot people with shotguns.

Also a big difference, is Aaron and Dan are able to "get" things whereas the premiere duo are not.

A most interesting relationship actually.

Dan & I became friends soon after we both had the same idea back in 04. (Dan beat me by 1 week). So we joined forces and have been friends ever since. The very cool thing about our relationship is that despite our 5 year friendship & collaborative partnership... we have never actually met in meatspace. It's not much of a barrier these days, especially for technogeeks like ourselves, who maintain many cyber-relationships in both business & personal venues.

And it's this promise to dissolve geographic boundaries (which is the Internet), which we use to fight it's most potent enemy... us.

And our insatiable appetite for power.

Why do we do this?

Same as ya'll... because we can.
The problem is, of course, that not only is economics bankrupt, but it has always been nothing more than politics in disguise... economics is a form of brain damage.

Hmmm yeah maybe that was too much of an insult.... Pretty rough being compared even indirectly to chimpy. You know I'm kidding Dan. Although maybe the power mad tyrant thing fits Aaron... hmmmmmm.
