Carl Sagan is probably the only hero I have left. All the others I've had have turned out to have the proverbial feet of clay, in one way or another.

Not Sagan. He appears to be the genuine article. He apparently was everything he seemed to be.

I sure miss him.

Thanks roccman. E. O. Wilson has also done some insightful work. I recommend _The Creation_ for a look at one of his recent attempts to unite us. Hopefully it has had some effect.
