I recall reading about a Roman Emperor who died of acute pediculosis where the lice spread to his entire body and ate him alive. ouch! What a way to go. That must have itched like a mofo. Those guys at the exile crack me up. But I think mine about the candiru fish swimming in your bladder is better. Though I now it might sound more to the point if it was "may the willy fish swim in your bladder."
