Sodium hydroxide is a corrosive base, not an acid.

Not that I use this stuff, but if me or a loved one was EVER injured by these stupid fucking animal rights activists, I'd make BBQ sandwiches out of them until they were extinct. Someday you'll find out they're working for Novartis' competition or something similarly despicable.

There's a right way and a wrong way to do things, and this is clearly the wrong way.
