Damnit, I hate being sick. Throats hurts, have a headache, feels like someone took me behind the woodshed and worked me over real good.

There's a bug going around that has laryngitis as one of its key symptoms. I've seen a bunch of my clients down with this one. Is that the one you have, or something else?

Juice of 1 lemon
cloves
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 glass of boiling water

Mix together

Repeat as necessary

I got the flu from co-workers. The only "medication" I used was colostrum capsules. It went away fast.
