Guam next week.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')he nation is preparing for its biggest terrorism exercise ever next week when three fictional "dirty bombs" go off and cripple transportation arteries in two major U.S. cities and Guam, according to a document obtained by The Associated Press.

Yet even as this drill begins, details from the previous national exercise held in 2005 have yet to be publicly released — information that's supposed to help officials prepare for the next real attack.

House lawmakers were expected to demand answers Wednesday, including why the "after-action" report from 2005 hasn't been made public. Congress has required the exercise since 2000, but has done little in the way of oversight beyond attending the actual events.

This may be interesting, but maybe not. Dirty bom is relative.
When asked to design a dirty bom, scientists used every ingredient they could think of including cobalt. After calculating the damage from radiation, they found the dirtiest bombs were those made from plotonium and yoranium.

"Drity" bomb is just a psychological term to make it sound worse, the worst radiation damage is from the standard type over time.

Just fill a missle with excrement and detonate it over a major city.

That will cripple a city.

Fictional 'dirty bombs' to cripple 2 major U.S. cities and

And what? AND WHATTTTTTTTTTTTT?

Any indicators that this will be a for real false flag, etc.? That it's da bomb? I'm near Portland so must stock up on lead sheets.

Lucky thing I was dusted with plenty of radiation from Hanford growing up. "Stop whining! I've drank gallons of that stuff and it's only made me more powerful...and taller."

i do not think this is a false flag for anything...i am just curious how 'they' handle this. do they tell residents this is going to happen, or do they just let it play out?

So what's wrong with that old 60's scam of LSD in the water supply. That would be so much more fun (grin)...

Portland Oregon is one of the cities involved. This is a follow up for the exercise that took place in September-the name has just escaped me. Anyway, here's a recent thread for Portland indymedia: http://portland.indymedia.org/en/2007/10/366285.shtml

And Captain May et al weighs in here. I am in the conspiracy theory camp and when stories unfold in my backyard I pay attention.
Hopefully there is nothing to see here and we'll just be moving along...
