Ok, they stopped fighting because they are all dead
I say Iraq is an occupation, is does not matter if there is peace, and Iraq begins to function and everybody is happy, as long as US troops are there, there will always be some insurgents to attack them

There is no clear division, nobody can ever say :"these people will never attack us, we just have to kill all the terrorists and we solve the problem". The "terrorists" are not an alien race, they are linked with the people that do not fight, every Iraqi killed can only bring more hate and possibly create more "terrorists"
