$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Tyler_JC', 'H')is IP address tracks to Cape Town, South Africa.
I think he's legit.
I just wish he'd talk more about his personal experience (at the very least, it would calm jdmartin down)
Hey, I'm calm baby, I'm calm - I was a little "excitable" earlier, but I've had my tea, so I'm good now

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('onequestionwonder', 'A')nd as for jdmartin, I continually see claims that the economy is doing great on network news (albeit I also see claims it is doing poorly on network news). They quote all kinds of numbers. I long ago quit believing a damn one of them. University of Michigan... blah, blah, blah...
I make no such claims that the US economy is doing great, regardless of the "official" numbers. And do I believe all the official numbers? Well the numbers may be true but maybe they don't tell the whole story. And that's fine. If someone posted the US numbers and said "the US is doing great", if I disagreed I certainly wouldn't say "Well, you're wrong, but I don't feel like telling you why you're wrong".
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'Y')ou other three, you jdmartin, NotMyBlood (what is the origin of that btw, something to do with violence, or something ... different?), and Zardoz (guess he is a fan of Sean and his scarlet panties) who I picture as being a Limbaugh fan of the Rand-y sort, well exactly what is your beef with Big Arnie?
I have no beef whatsoever with Big Arnie. Go back and re-read the entire thread. Even though I opened the thread - with a link to a story about people in Zambia using charcoal to cook with - I never again posted to the thread
until Big Arnie called me out. Go back and re-read the thread if you don't believe/understand this. I was watching this thread the entire time, and frankly I was waiting for him to provide his viewpoint on his locale - which apparently is South Africa, which certainly doesn't make him an expert on all of Africa any more than me knowing about the US makes me an expert on Mexico. Regardless, I never posted again on this thread until he mentioned me specifically. Then, when I did respond, it was with statistics that apparently contradict his statements. No refutation of these statistics was ever given, nor other information that would contradict these statistics provided. If you tell me that the US uses 22 million barrels of oil per day, and that figure's been growing by 5% annually, and I say "Nuh-uh", does that change your mind about the growth rate in the US?
Finally, I don't flame others as a matter of course. I prefer debate, but I can promise that flaming me is going to get the same in return. I do, however, apologize for cussing you down like that, though you really had it coming for jumping in and cussing me down first.
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'M')y battle board is always lit however, kudos to you if you know the source of that quote.
I'll help "Bolo."
