I have to agree that there will be a gargantuan effort to keep the status quo going, and that will be, by not only the TPTB, but by the every day average American. We will see this as they max out their credit cards, mortgage their homes and spent the kids college fund to keep the party going. Putting a timetable on the crisis is, however, a little more difficult; we are talking about Chaos Theory. A bridge can swing for hours in a hurricane force wind, and the engineers can be telling you that it is going to fall down. Not one of them can give you more than a guess, as to exactly when, it will fall down.
Almost any imbecile, if they work on it a little, can see that our bridge is swinging badly and, yes, it is going to fall down. Not taking what precautions that they can, and not preparing the best that is possible for this enviable event, means that they are worse than an imbecile, they are a fool!
