Ahh great site...

But I was actually more in the mood today for something similar about Christianity, is there something like that? :)

Skeptic's Annotated Bible from the site main source. Probably just as BS as the Quran one they put out.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'I') think it's a great website to read about the Quran!

You want someone to explain the Quran, go to a scholar or at least an internet scholar.

Here are some of the gems they put out and then little inconvenient facts they leave out:

What they put: $this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'M')ales are to inherit twice that of females.

What they fail to mention is that women get to keep their money meanwhile the men are required by law to support their families, including their wife.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'H')ave sex with your women whenever and as often as you like

OMG! Sex! Nooooo. We can't allow married couples to have sex when they want.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'L')ewd women are to be confined to their houses until death.

And lewd men are killed right away. So who has it worse? The one that has their head stricken or the one that lives to 80?

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'I')f you accuse an honorable women of adultery, be sure to bring four witness. Otherwise you will receive 80 lashes.

So if a woman is accused of adultery (or any crime actually), then the accuser must present evidence otherwise the woman is innocent and the accuser is punished for slander? That's bad how?

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'I')f Muhammad's wives are good, Allah will give them "an immense reward."

How can anyone even possibly construe that as a bad thing?

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'B')elieving women must lower their gaze and be modest, cover themselves with veils, and not reveal themselves except to their husbands, relatives, children, and slaves.

And the verse directly before says the same for men.

This goes on and on with these sites who have nothing to do but spread lies and rumors.
I want to put out the fires of Hell, and burn down the rewards of Paradise. They block the way to God. I do not want to worship from fear of punishment or for the promise of reward, but simply for the love of God. - Rabia

4:2 Give unto orphans their wealth. Exchange not the good for the bad (in your management thereof) nor absorb their wealth into your own wealth. LOL! that would be a great sin.
The problem is, of course, that not only is economics bankrupt, but it has always been nothing more than politics in disguise... economics is a form of brain damage.
