This kind of legal development is a good reason to encourage posters to remain civil and avoid ad hominum attacks and to thank the mods here for keeping the personal attacks to a minimum.

Use one of the thousands of free proxy servers out there. You could post whatever you wanted without fear of being identified. By the time they started raiding the proxy server owners for information, things will already be so bad, it would be the last of our worries.
