Yeah - actually I was a bit shocked - it's been very very rare lately to see the courts or the govt in general act with any degree of sanity.

Especially liked the statements by the court.

The first case of the man held on the navy brig will be protested by We the Sheeple. They've been conditioned to believe that the military and government can do whatever it wants against terrorists. (You think 24 is merely entertainment?) Also, all middle easterners=bad.

I wouldn't be surprised if the mob demands that we release Barabas.... err I mean lock up this fellow again.
