An Apology to Small Pox Girl-

I want to apologize to small pox girl when I jumped into a debate to hastily about gender issues.

The reason I did that is that I'm annoyed with the prevailing anti-male culture that society exudes. I simply wanted to stifle any possible anti-male action on Peakoil.com, as I like this forum, and it's one of the few places I can express my thoughts freely. I don't want man hate to spread to this forum, but I over reacted and misunderstood.

I'm sorry.

I hope that you, smallpox girl will increase your activity on this forum as your input is valued. Also I hope that you forgive any mal feelings you have towards me.

Mate, there ain't enough females on this forum to sustain any 'anti-male action'. I think you're quite safe from the man-hating, ball-eating lesbians of your nightmares here. However I'd like to add that it is also one of the few places I also can (or bother to) express my thoughts freely and I would like to believe I'm safe from any hateful, misogynous rants from the overwhelming male population. I agree with few other posters, that this site is a bit female degrading.
It is one of last bastions of male chauvinism in our politically correct world in fact.
I don't deny that from time to time I like to make some more or less open go on females, but my criticism is rather about wastefulness and unfounded demands for additional and often bizarre rights.

However I dont have any objections against principal points risen by feminists, say that for the same job should be the same pay, regardless, is that job done by male or female etc.

That's a tad pessimistic. She could just as well be milking cows/ making clothes after all the men will be doing the heavy labour.

How do you know that they are fat?
Members photos are rather suggesting otherwise, albeit we clearly have few "fatties".

Nope.
As there are clearly few farmers or peoples living in "far countryside", eg me being the latter, majority of males on PO.com are clearly urban variety, albeit they would like to be suburban but they are obviously short of money to make it happen.

You can feel, thay hate suburban folks and wish them all the worst.
Perhaps they lost their girlfriends to suburban "competition"?

Some women will certainly manage to this type of life style, but many of current "citygirls" used to live in comfort will not.
My wife is from Far East (Malaysia). She is Malaysian Chineese born in decent and reasonably well off family.
She told me some stories about pitfalls of feminine life there.
That may all come here, to the West, once modern economy collapse.
This may all become to be a part of defaulted economy of the future.

There were few threads in the past, where subject of sex of spg was discussed.
Raphael as well as other less nutty members were suggesting that spg is a man.
Because there was no denial, I assumed it to be true and started parroting it further.
If you don't deny any particular charge against you, it may be taken as admission...so I had assumed spg is a man.
I had some doubts about it, for example when spg was complaining about adverts of croachless (french) panties on PO.com, as very few men would complain about these, or on another occassion referring to street lights as eyesoars destroying beauty of night sky, but nevertheless for the reason of lack of denial she was assumed to be a man until now.
