A full spread of pie charts showing the bottleneck I might get to be a part of.

34 yrs old,skilled worker,drinks everynight,white as snow,libertarian,nihilist(extreme atheist).

Looks like the odds are in my favor. :)

Speak for yourselves, exercise is part of my prep, lots more than the average out there. Makes more sense to me than a bunker, you can't carry one with you.

I used to consider myself a Doomster.

I don’t anymore - at least as practiced here.

Doom was a video game, sorta like many threads here, albiet without the cool animated MZBs...

Makes perfect sense. Many doomers are near that point of mid-life crisis, and they are out of shape and scared senseless by the prospect of not being able to hurl their fat butt's around in the truck any more, and so are in a key position to embrace the peak oil alarmist viewpoint. :twisted:

Interesting results.

Enneagram 9 / ENFP single malt swilling female :wink: here. Almost off grid, prepped, and fit. I actually really enjoy the prepping part, too. I'd do it anyway. I found out about PO whilst researching homesteading projects for my little ol' 5 acres here. It's the science geek in me that finds fascination and horror in Peak Oil and doomer scenarios. Any other gals out there like me in that fine little sliver of the pie?

I'm past mid-life crisis, I sold my truck years ago and I think that if physical fitness is not part of ones preps, then one isn't really preparing oneself for the times to come.
