Its the first sign of the breakdown of civilization...this shows the doomers are right and there is no limit to the depths to which average people will descend just to get gas to run their car.

Something doesn't quite add up about this. I'm going to take a wild guess and say these guys had warrants out or something, didn't have cash and damn sure didn't want to be tracked by using credit cards. Oh well, I'll be long bored by the time the truth comes out.
