Someone in another thread wondered what the racial demographics of the Peak Oil Crowd was...so here we go.

Please don't be offended if I lump too many different kinds of people together into one race. There are only so many options allowed in a poll.

I made "Jewish" a separate option because apparently there is some controversy on this forum about whether or not Jewish people are Caucasian.

If you believe they should be considered White, feel free to add them to the "White/Caucasian/European" option. If not, feel free to leave them out.

As predicted, this website is more than 80% white (more if you include some of the people who are being clever by selecting the "some other race" option)

We've already seen evidence that this website is at least 80% men.

So now I just need to prove that the website is mostly middle and upper middle class folks and my hypothesis will be proven correct.

Namely that most peak oilers are middle class white men.
