Gotta remember Gideon that most us 'Merkins think cheap fuel is a god-given right, so of course we're victims to those evil oil companies...

Can't these kids walk to some of their activities? Do they really need to work at the church and be on travel teams and all this other BS?

The measure of a good parent these days seems to be the measure of the miles they cart their kids to B.S. activities along with other moronic parents. ALso, many compact sedan cars are cheaper and get better mileage than the minivan, but women just need this wide-assed SUV style cars for their ego.

Don't forget also, that 17 yr old in the article will also have to get a car. It is his/her right as an American....

The only worthwhile visit might be to see the dying father. I'd stop eating, bathing, going on small, pointless excursions if I had to in order to see a dying close relative.

I thought thought traditional meal was served at home. Oh yah that was a while ago.

Someone actually lives in one of those FEMA trailers?!? I call shenanigans.
