I do think this is old news, I believe in his latest book or next to latest, at least most of the charges were dropped.

There's some scenery around here I love - particularly one radar dish that's aways in some interesting position, and get this, the feedpoint spins! I love that thing. I'd love to take pix of it but guess what, it's illegal. So's taking pix of Yahoo! although I'd love to take a pic of me jumping up in the air in front of the sign, Yahoo!! get it?

I guess it's been worked out in the courts and if the rules say you can't take pix, you can just get in some deep doodoo if you do.... maybe.
