Everything is broken

Was that Mark Knopfler who did that song? "Everything is broken"

That's how I feel - hardly any hot water to shower this morning, Ebay's sales are down 16% because their system seems to be melting down, can't email because my ISP is also melting down....

I'm so worried about debt, etc., but should I really "not worry, be happy" :) and wait for the whole fucking thing to crumble?

Death to the Empire, and....

You guys have any interesting "everything is broken" observations lately?

You know things seem pretty good here. Business as usual, in fact. Besides isn't hot water your own fault?

We had record sales this spring. Everyone is happy, for the moment.

They don't realize yet that "everything is broken".
Stop filling dumpsters, as much as you possibly can, and everything will get better.

Just think it through.
It's not hard to do.

Actually hot water is a combination of the apartment manager's fault, the trees' fault, the stingy owner's fault, etc.

Ebay is indeed collapsing under its own weight and greed, so it takes 2X-3X the effort to make money on there is used to - I'm having decent sales but I have to put a ton of work into it.

Kind of like a job I had, I was making progressively less an hour corrected for inflation, but making more gradually because they were having us work insane amounts of overtime.
