Zardoz I too have noticed the frenzy to sell big trucks.

I think that they're trying to move them because SUVs have the highest profit margin of any vehicles in their inventory, and I think they have high levels of inventory, thus a lot of money sitting there waiting to be made.

And, the richest segment of our American society is not feeling any pinch like us lowly middle class folks, they just keep getting richer.

And I guess some folks look at the DJIA and say "look, our economy's doing great! Even unemployment is down, inflation is low, and new jobs are being created". They are buying the gov BS hook, line, and sinker. So, how better to demonstrate their cornucopian beliefs than buying a huge truck to provide solo transport and show society at large just how successful and sexy they really are!

Yes, it is creepy.

Well the dow is increasing in response to the feds unprecedented printing of money. Oh and they are not just planning that "trade corridor" as they call it... its already under construction.
