How do you make marmite?

or any yeast extract spread.

I am trying to collect useful recipies for things I would not like to do without when the cost of food and distribution increases.

I am having a lot of trouble finding recipies for yeast extract. I realise actual marmite might be a trade secret but there must be some recipies out there. I plan to brew cider and possibly some ales, so will have the left over brewers yeast to make yeast extract with.

Does anyone know anywhere to find good recipies for this or anything else they think will be useful?

to expand the topic, what do other people here want recipie wise?

Really great webpage thankyou.

He seems to be having the same problem I do though!

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '(')During home-brewing, you will see left-over yeast in the bottom of your tub. Can this be made into Marmite? Anyone who knows is encouraged to contact Phil Johnson with instructions.)
