...am i missing something here? what is this all about? it's some simulation or whatever? for some reason unbeknown to me i just don't get it. i mean, i have an idea whats' going to happen post-peak (which, in my semi-educated opinion, we're currently at or just past in terms of peaking).

It's a somewhat plausbile future scenario about how the world spirals into chaos over an 18 week period after gas reaches $4 a gallon. If this scenario plays out, we are on the crack of doom so to speak, with gas over 3 dollars and decreasing refinery outputs.
Only a city man would carry a bag of iron instead of a bag of rice.

okay i get it now...sounds plausible and shows the creative side of the extended peak oil family. let's see how this goes.
