$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('vision-master', 'W')ho are all these part time minimum wage workers who wash your car, wait on your table, filp your burger & ring you up at the gas station? They sound like the lower 10% to me.

I don't wash my car, or have it washed. Dirt can be protective once it's thick enough, and it rains plenty.

I hardly ever go out, but waiters and hamburger flippers (I was one) used to be teenagers on their first job, learning important people skills, of which they have none currently (try and deny THAT one...).

No one rings me up at the gas station, debit cards work fine, but I've had that job as a teenager also. How does the debit card work? I work my ass off to fill it with loot. Any familiarity there?

Most of the Swamp Yankees I know and live with feel the same, there trucks are just bigger than mine, big deal.

The only way I'm probably culpable to the crime called America these days is buying the occasional plastic crap from ChinaMart, because it's not made here anymore....and I need it to put stuff into long term storage. Oh yeah, and Mickey D's double cheeseburgers, but as I said, I had that job..."got time to lean? then you got time to clean! get to work!" was the manager's motto, words to live by.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('ferrelgiraffe', '')$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('kabu', 'F')or those of you who'd still point to the lower 10%, I recommend checking out "Chapter 6: The High Price of Militarism", from "Addicted to War", which you can view here. It's a quick read: only takes 2 hours to get through this comic book rendition of what the US government has been doing with much of its people's wealth.

I read it in 15 minutes and it was really good.

I liked it too.
