If you had $1,000,000,000.00

Seriously, what would you honestly do.

a billion dollars is a lot...

probably donate 750 million, put 100 million in the bank and then buy everything I ever wanted with the rest.

I would endow a national guild school to revive craftmanship in masonry, metalwork, woodwork etc. It would be distributed throughout the US in various towns and cities with the first task of each guild location would be to construct their own building.

A couple thousand acres of arable land in some third world nation, plane tickets down there for my entire family, a couple politicians in my pocket, precious metals, weapons, local farmers and a small guerilla army.

1 billion, wow... I would put it all on a bank only to come a month later complaining about the service and the fees and making a big fuss out of it, then I would transfer it all to another bank trying to get as many bank directors as possible fired, also I would require to withrdawl all in cash, which probably they won't have, then I'd sue them for that. I would buy separate luxury apartments in rich areas and sell them to homeless for 1 euro each with a life long supply of wine granted. I would pay for advertisements in the biggest newspapers and newschannels and my advertisments will be something like THIS NEWSPAPER IS FULL OF SHIT, full page. I would also go into the porn industry, and would start a porn Charity so everyone that should get laid does get laid.

I'd just have fun!

Go to college for investment banking, and figure out how to turn that 1 billion into just 1 dollar more.....

1 billion dollars divided by probably about $100 = 10 million barrels of oil. All to myself! Wait a few years and turn it into a couple tens of billions of dollars. Rinse (the guilt and shame) and repeat.
