Apparently cheese contains tryptophan which is an amino acid and this is what causes the nightmares, though they can't explain why.

I really love cheese. Last year I had an amazing wine and cheese night. My favorites were the sheep cheese and the Jeytos. I think I need to have another one of those soon.

Cheese is about to Peak (according to CPEC insiders); it's not being talked about openly but ACTUALLY the only kind they're able to get now is a low-grade Limberger.

Better start preparing...

I had a bad (cheese induced) dream last night.

I had some lovely brie yesterday afternoon but paid a heavy price; I dreamt I was being chased down the hall by a seal but I could only move on my stomach like a seal. It kept trying to grab me by my toes.

Be careful with cheese folks. We live near a wine bar. Last Friday night the wife and I had 4 bottles of wine and crackers with cheese. The next day I had a ferocious headache so obviously the cheese was poisoned !!!
