Can someone please tell me what a secular progressivist is? I've heard this term maybe 100+ times on Fox News.

It is a term coined by Papa Bear himself: Bill O' Reilly. Wikipedia has a decent write-up about it:

Liberals started calling themselves progressive because it was such a positive sounding word. O' Reilly is trying to demonize them by adding "secular" in front of the term.

My dad watches Fox News and listens to WOAI like...whenever he is awake...it's always on. Yes, he is thoroughly brainwashed.
