Lets give it a try
For Europe (small dots/population in millions)
Nordic & Baltic Countries:
Finland 5/5,2 = 0,96
Sweden 6/9,1 = 0,65
Norway 3/4,5 = 0.66
Denmark 1/4,7 = 0,21
Estonia 2/1,3 = 1,5
Iceland 2/0,3 = 6,7
Lower Europe:
Poland 2/38,5 = 0,05
Austria 1/8,2 = 0,13
Hungary 1/10 = 0,1
Spain 2/44,4 = 0,05
Portugal 1/10,6 = 0,09
Italy 1/58,6 = 0,02
Greece 1/11,2 = 0,02
Romania 2/22,3 = 0,09
France 2/64,8 = 0,03
Germany 7/82,4 = 0,08
UK 10/60,2 = 0,16
Ireland 4/ 4,2 = 0,95
That will do for now, expect mistakes in calculation of dots

Dindt bother with neatherlands and fellows, undottable. If we play that this mirrors peak oil awarness of population in Europe, results are rather expected, Iceland wins with clear lead, Nordic countries come soon after and then the English speaking counties of Europe. Germany, Austria, Hungary and Belenulx countires have notable activity. Greece and Italy lose, France isnt doing much better - though naturally this can be explained by language barrier.
I suprised by huge activity in USA, I wish Europe will reach similar awarness soon. (and suspicious of that of China, camoon talk us something

)
