I wanted to give people a chance to recognize some of the outstanding contributions that have been made here at PO.com. I starting these threads in several different categories. This is your place to nominate posts. On 12/15, nominations will close, and the the top five most nominated posts will be converted into a poll to decide the winner. When nominating a post, please provide a link. Also note that posts that have been deleted are not eligible to win.

I'll nominate BlisteredWhippet for his outstanding thesis on gender: link

I'll second that for a passionate exposition of the human condition and "malefic Positivism":

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('TheTurtle', 'I') am quite impressed by gg3's latest offering.

I already cast my vote for gg3 as best overall, this post being yet another affirmation. Add my vote for this one here.

Just a reminder to encourage everyone to second, third, etc nominations that you liked. The goal here is to be able to come up with a list of the 5 most often nominated and then make that into a poll that will decide the winner. This thread is nominating a specific post. You can echo a nomination that someone has already made. A person can also be nominated for more than one post, but each post will tally seperately. (e.g., Two of BlisteredWhippet's posts have been nominated with one vote each.)
