Ahhh, sweet, sweet Jimmy Inhofe. Yep, he understands we really do have a dominion over all of God's creation and it is our goal, nay OUR DUTY to [s]exploit [/s]utilize all of it for the benefit of mankind, especially our fat bank accounts. After all, the earth has been around 7,000 LONG years, and the faster we use it up, the faster FSM will come back. Yay!
