I'd like to nominate a couple of good businesses for your shopping pleasure. One is a clothing company called American Apparel. They produce clothing in downtown LA and pay their workers well. Their clothing is supposedly top quality, and all manufactured in the US. In the near future, I expect to send my bling their way.

Another is Batteryspace.com. They, predictably, sell batteries. Rechargeable batteries. Their prices are pretty good, and their batteries are apparently of a high quality. I picked up a couple dozen batteries from them this week and they shipped same-day.

That's about it for now.

I'd be interested in supporting businesses that supposedly produce goods in a sustainable manner.
