My knowledge in reading the law is quite limited, so If someone could help clear this up for me I would appreciate it.

Here is how I am interpreting it.

involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that
are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of
any State, or that would be a criminal violation if committed
within the jurisdiction of the United States or of any State;


The third [u]OR seems to point out that any criminal violation commited within the united state or elsewhere would automatically label you as being a terrorist. I know the top part referrs to a violent act, but couldn't this bet set up to include anything our government might later deterimine to be a criminal act in as such that,,,, well lets say they create a law next year that posting about peakoil is a crime, wouldn't this mean that you could be stripped of your citizenship and shipped to gitmo for even posting on this site.
