New York- The Dow Jones Industrial Average broke the 12,000-point mark Wednesday, soaring to an all-time high on unexpectedly good corporate profits and tame inflation data. The blue-chip stock index of 30 top US companies set the new mark in the first hour of trading on Wall Street, gaining up to 94 points after Intel Corp and International Business Machines Corp (IBM) beat analysts' profit forecasts.
