As someone who has no formal qualifications in psychology, but has studied it in depth, I feel qualified to provide you with a diagnosis: you suffer from spider phobia.

The best treatment is habituation by confronting your phobia in small doses. Photos of spiders are a good start. Neo is obviously trying to cure you.
