Company of Heroes PC game

Unread postby KhanCEO » Wed 27 Sep 2006, 01:19:45

Does anyone here play computer games? I just got Company of Heroes. The game adds a fresh play style to the RTS genre. I was amazed that a ww2 strategy game could be so much fun. I'm saying it is fun because I won about four online matches in a row. I feel like god, even though my online name is WORSTCOHPLAYER,(Company Of Heroes) I totally own, so far..........maybe I am the worst and I only played noobs. I normally play as the Allies. Anyways I know the world as we know it is ending, however I waste my time playing computer games.[web]http://www.companyofheroesgame.com/index_en.html?section=&country=United+States&month=5&day=4&year=1977[/web]

It compares poorly. Medal of Honor has you take the role of a soldier. Company of Heroes allows you to command a number of troops from a high up view in real time.

I still play older PC games. I still have so many older ones to beat before getting to the new ones.

When I was in my masters degree I played online RTCW and its sequal. cant remember the name of that one tho. I never tweaked the settings too much tho. I like to play on the servers that did not allow the 'lite tweakers. It was ablast tho! man some awsome shit on bunker. down in the map room. All the levels were cool. Those were fun computer times.

I still play Asheron's Call, leafcull server.

I am also involved in a very long running game of Master of Orion (oooold game).

Hey, maybe I can support my pc game habit for a few years after the grid goes down with the use of solar panels and some good batteries.

It seems like lots of high quality games are coming out now that the holidays are near.

A game, Paraworld, recently came out, and it's getting great reviews. Looks like an RTS game with dinosaurs.

Caesar IV also just came out. I was a big fan of Caesar III.

There's also Space Empires V and Neverwinter Nights 2 just around the corner. It would be a shame to lose all this great stuff due to the break down of civilization.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm planning on lining up for a PS3. That thing looks nice!

On pc, I'm a fan of C&C/Red Alert, UT2004 (it looks like BF2 kicks its butt, though), and Heroes of Might & Magic 3.

Don't get enough time to play, with a family and all. Plus Halo 2 on the xbox is where I've been wasting some of my free time.
