that is bloodly lazy you dont have to even move out of the chair to go out.
the laziest thing i have seen is the "one stop wonders" ie people who go just one stop on a bus when is 200 meters between stops and its not raining. why not just walk it instead of paying 7 baht for it

I think it was a motorbike with a sidecar and they attached a sofa to it and draped material around the driver to look like he was on the sofa as well, while he was driving the bike. It was a publicity stunt. And I hope the lady on the sofa/sidecar had a seat belt ... that looked dangerous.

Did you even read the article? It is obviously not a motorcycle and sidecar, it's powered by a 1300 Mini engine. In fact, it's in the Guiness Book of World Records.
