Now we know that is merely a symptom.

One of the saddest days was when the Israelis buldozed the 2000+ year old olive trees that Jesus taught under. The Palestinians were tending the trees for their livelyhood and that is why they buldozed them. It was like the slaughter of the buffalo to pacify(exterminate) the Indians.

How many times has the media played that video of the Chinese student getting run over by a tank in Tienamen Square yet the same media buries the video of the Israelis crushing a peace protester.
