$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('virgincrude', ' ')Burghan, Kuwait’s largest oil field, officially began decline in November 2005. A 2% decline rate seems to be the norm.

Norm? They are hoping for a 4% decline. And from what I have read there are projections of double digits for Burgan as well. Just not enough production data available to really know as yet.

Zardoz, you succeeded in calming my nerves with that vital clarification on meeting demand. But that just helps me slip a little bit back into complacency, don't worry, be happy, it's not here yet ....

And I wouldn't drive at 80mph listening to Celine Dionne even if it were compulsory ... :)

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Madpaddy', 'C')atch 22 for me, I have done what I can with spare money. Installed the solar hot water, double glazing etc. To do the solar pV and wind will involve borrowing. The meagre €3,000 that my holidays are costing the family won't go far for a PV system especially with no grants.

Man...this is a serious problem for me as well (I've prob., stated so before) Florida has absolutely NO incentives or grants for people wishing to put up PV. But, then again this is still Bush Country...boy it chaps my ass....
